Yolanda is also DIR/Floortime® certified provider (Basic Level), and a Tai Chi practitioner. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, Yolanda is able to offer therapy in both languages, providing support in a culturally sensitive way.

Grace Dong

Grace is an occupational therapy assistant and the service manager.

She completed her Bachelor of Medicine at a medical university in China and later obtained a Master’s degree in Medical Radiation Physics from the University of Wollongong. She has over five years of clinical experience working as an attending doctor in a large tertiary hospital in China, where she developed a strong foundation in medical assessment, patient care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Since 2023, Grace has transitioned into the allied health field. She has completed formal training as an allied health assistant, obtained a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, and has been working within occupational therapy practice since then. Her medical background allows her to bring a holistic, evidence-based, and client-centred perspective to her work.

Grace has completed DIR/Floortime® 101 training and actively incorporates the DIR/Floortime approach into her practice, supporting children’s emotional development, regulation, communication, and functional participation through relationship-based and play-based intervention. Grace can provide services in both English and Mandarin.

Outside of her professional work, Grace enjoys bush walking, gardening, and spending quality time with her family during holidays. These activities support her own balance and wellbeing, which she values as an essential part of providing thoughtful, grounded, and compassionate care to the individuals and families she works with.
